Refund policy

At MR. Plug, we stand behind the quality of our products. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. Because we ship directly from our global manufacturers to keep your prices low, our return process is specific to ensure efficiency.

1. 30-Day Return Window You have 30 days from the date your item is delivered to request a return or report an issue. If 30 days have passed since your delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • In the original packaging.

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Damaged or Defective Items (The "Plug" Guarantee) If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong product, please contact us immediately at [Your Support Email] with:

  1. Your order number.

  2. Clear photos or a short video showing the damage or the incorrect item. Once verified, we will send out a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.

4. The Return Process (Important) Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or the address listed on the shipping label. To initiate a return, please email us first. We will provide you with the correct return instructions and the authorized warehouse address for your region. Items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.

5. Return Shipping Costs For items that are not damaged or defective (e.g., buyer's remorse), the customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

6. Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
