Shipping policy

At MR. Plug, we pride ourselves on being your direct connection to the best products at the best prices. To keep our overhead low and our value high, we "plug" you directly into our global network of manufacturers. This means your gear ships straight from our international distribution centres to your door.

1. Processing Times We don't like waiting, and we know you don't either. Most orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. As soon as your package hits the road, we’ll shoot you an email with a tracking number.

2. Shipping Estimates By shipping directly from the source, we can offer Free Insured Shipping on all Tier 1 orders. Please note the following delivery windows:

• UK, USA, Canada, Australia, NZ: 10–15 business days.

• Europe & Asia: 12–18 business days.

• Rest of World: 15–25 business days.

Please note: While we do our best to meet these windows, local customs checks or high-demand seasons can occasionally add a few days to the journey.

3. Tracking Your Order Once you get your "Plugged In" confirmation email, your tracking link will be active. Please allow 48–72 hours for the carrier to update the initial scan on their system.

4. Customs & Import Fees MR.Plug handles the logistics of getting the item to your country. However, any local import duties, taxes, or VAT applied by your specific government are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Multiple Shipments To ensure you get your items as fast as possible, orders with multiple different products may arrive in separate packages. Don't worry—you'll get tracking for all of them!
